DEPOSIT

•  All deposits are non-refundable
•⁠  ⁠A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
•⁠  ⁠Your deposit will be deducted from the final service price discussed at booking.

PAYMENT
Remaining balance can be paid by:
•⁠  ⁠Cash
•⁠  ⁠E-transfer
•⁠  ⁠Credit or Debit Card (+ HST applies to all payment methods)

CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULING
•⁠  ⁠Rescheduling must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.
•⁠  ⁠Deposits may be transferred one time only if rescheduled within the required notice period.
•⁠  ⁠Last-minute cancellations or reschedules will require a new deposit to rebook.
•⁠  ⁠If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may not be possible and your deposit will be forfeited.

Skin Type & Individual Results
Selecting the right treatment for your skin type is important. Oily, dehydrated, or sensitive skin may impact healing and pigment retention, and results can also vary based on lifestyle.

Procedure & Touch-Ups
Skin thickness and oil levels vary, affecting pigment retention.

Using overly intense pigment may increase visibility after healing but can also cause scarring and an unnatural permanent result.

Because every skin type heals differently, touch-ups are optional and not included. Additional fees apply.
