How to Prepare for Your Tattoo Appointment at Chronic Ink
At Chronic Ink, we know that whether it’s your first tattoo or one of many, a little preparation can make your appointment more comfortable, more confident, and more enjoyable.
This guide walks you through everything you need to know before your tattoo appointment with our team.
What to Expect at Your Chronic Ink Appointment
Your appointment typically includes:
- A consultation with your artist to review your idea
- Stencil placement and adjustments on your body
- Final approval before tattooing begins
- The tattoo session itself (with breaks whenever needed)
- Clear aftercare instructions before you leave
Our artists guide you through every step — and we encourage open communication throughout the process.
Prepare Your Body
Your body plays an important role in how comfortable the tattoo feels and how well it heals.
